1. Introduction

Welcome to Curada. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2.1 Information and Connection Platform: Curada is an information and technology platform designed to connect individuals with healthcare providers who are knowledgeable about pharmacological extinction therapy (PET), also known as The Sinclair Method, for alcohol reduction. We do not provide medical services or advice.

2.2 No Medical Provider: Curada is NOT a healthcare provider and does not provide medical services or advice. Our Services are designed to facilitate connections between users and independent healthcare providers and to provide information about PET.

2.3 No Medical Advice: The information provided through our Services, including our eligibility assessments, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Eligibility and Account

3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Our Services are currently only available to individuals located in the United Kingdom.

3.2 Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Permitted Use: You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5.1 Health Information: When you use our Services, you may be asked to provide health-related information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.

6. Pharmacological Extinction Therapy (The Sinclair Method) and Treatment

6.1 Information Only: Our Services provide information about PET and facilitate connections with providers who may prescribe medications like naltrexone. We do not guarantee that you will receive a prescription or that PET will be effective for you.

6.2 No Guarantee of Treatment: Completing our eligibility assessment does not guarantee that you will qualify for PET or receive a prescription for naltrexone. All treatment decisions are made solely by independent healthcare providers.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees: If you make any payments through our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors.

7.2 Subscriptions: Some of our Services may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring payment terms specified at the time of subscription.

7.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7.4 Refunds: Our refund policy will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Generally, we do not offer refunds for subscription services already rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership: All content, features, and functionality available through the Services are the exclusive property of Curada or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CURADA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURADA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curada and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through other appropriate communication channels. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Curada regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
